General Requirements
Presentation of the project should describe communications tasks, media solution and the results, which has been achieved.
Please pay attention! Since this year, verbal presentation is not provided, jury will judge all projects exclusively by writing presentations
Technical requirements for advertising campaigns
Entry in the category of «N-1. Complex advertising campaigns» should be submitted in 2 formats.
Summary of the project on a single page that contains the key elements of the presentation in English, and media solutions in the form of a JPG, with a resolution of 72 dpi, RGB, horizontal side not exceeding 1200. This image will be used in directory operations KIAF. The file is attached to the bid directly on the site. Example 1. Example 2.
The jury will evaluate the performance of video in MPEG-2, 720 x 576, the data stream (br) - not below 8 Mbps. Running time - up to 5 minutes. The file name should contain the code category of the contest and the name of the Roman alphabet. Video presentation should clearly describe the key elements of the campaign in English. If your campaign includes media solutions for TV, press, radio, etc., they should be included in the presentation. Video files are downloaded to e-Disk KIAF after completing a competitive application. A request for access is sent from this site (see below the list of completed applications). Example 1. Example 2.
Technical requirements for advertising series
To register series of entries (videos and prints) in the category N-2, participants should fill in one unified application for all elements, indicating used media.
Entry in the category of «N-2. Advertising series» should be submitted in 2 formats.
For KIAF's catalogue: Entry in the category N-2 filed in accordance with the requirements relevant category (Film - MPEG-1, frame size - 320x240, the maximum amount of -15 mb, Print - JPG format, with a resolution of 72 dpi, RGB, side across - no more than 1000 pixels, Radio - MP3, 48 kHz, 192 kbps format ). The total number of elements of one series cannot exceed 7. The files are attached to the bid directly on the site.
For jury:
- The TV series is supplied in a single file of MPEG-2 frame size - 720x576, a data stream (br) - no less than 8 Mb / s, running time - up to 5 minutes.
- Print series: JPG, 72 dpi, RGB, side across - no more than 1200.
- Audio: MP3, 48 kHz, 192 kbps.
The title should contain the code category of the competition and entry title. These files are downloaded to the KIAF's e-Disc after filling entry. Access to e-Disc will be sent directly from KIAF site (see below the list of completed applications).
