Andris Blaka

Blaka, Managing Partner of Age Com, biggest marcom group in the Baltics. Also, Partner and Development Director of United Communication Group (Ukraine). Chairman of advertising festival Golden Hammer. Andris Blaka jumped into advertising in its early days. Just out of the University, he was offered to start up the first Network agency - Bates. Then came Saatchi & Saatchi, Lowe and others. Over years the group has grown into the biggest Baltic communications holding - now AGE COM owns more than 20 marketing and media related companies in the Baltics, Ukraine and Belarus. Andris has served as President of Latvian Advertising Association from 1998 to 2002 and from 2005 to 2008. He has always been involved in advertisingfestival Golden Hammer.
