To participate in the competition program of Kiev International Advertising Festival are accepted entries which has been published or represented in the mass-media or embodied in other form (accepted by the client) during January 2010 – April 2011 incl. All materials, documentation and payment must be received in the Festival office no later than April 22. Details on Registration .
To take part in Festival program all participants should fill registration and entry forms, which should be completed in English language (obligatory with Ukrainian and Russian languages as an option). For categories: B. Press, C. Outdoor , D. Radio - English translation should be in blank “creative idea”. For categories: A. Film, K. Creative use of Media, L. PR projects, M. Marketing Services projects, N. Advertising Campaigns - should be English subtitle

In order to promote the Festival, each entrant authorizes the Festival Organizers to screen or publish his ads with or without charge at public or private presentations, wherever and as often as the Organizers think fit. Each entrant confirms to the Organizers that they have the legal right to enter the Festival on the terms of these entry rules. Each entrant indemnifies the Organizers against all liability to any other person, firm or company and all loss arising from a breach by the entrant of any of these rules. Each entrant guarantees copyright observance (legal use of the music, photos, texts etc.) and commits himself to solve possible copyright debates. Winners of the Festival may use prizes and diplomas of KIAF for popularization their creative work.
Kiev International Advertising Festival 2011 is open to all creative, marketing, communication and media agencies, advertisers, clients, design or production houses, TV houses from: Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
J. Interactive, K. Creative Use of Media, L. PR projects and M. Marketing Services projects nominations are open for participants from all countries.
