This information will help you familiarize yourself with the rules KIAF, choose a form of participation and the right to register.
First of all, read general rules и and select the form of participation in the festival. There are three options:
— Participation in Festival program without accreditation;
To participate in the KIAF program, you need perform some actions.
1. Register online at the festival site:
- Fill in all fields marked with *;
- Indicate unique username and password;
- Please check-in your contact information. It’s need for communicate with the Organizing Committee;
- Check- in information from the field "Participant’s name", please enter the company name without the quotation marks, parentheses, and ownership.
2. Select the best work of the agency, which has been accepted by client in the period since January 2010 and hasn’t participated in the previous KIAF.
3. Choose most suitable category . One entry may be submitted in several categories and, accordingly, will be judged by different panel of jury.

5. Fill in entry form:
- Log in using your username and password;
- Select a category and fill in the fields marked with *;
- After filling in all information in the entry form, check in all entries and «Save».
Now put in the information about project team and credits, attach file with creative material and once again click «Save».
After request of invoice, editing of entry form wouldn’t available anymore!
6. After completing the registration, request an invoice for payment. In the list of entries highlight the application, select the type of payment and click on « Invoice Request » An invoice will be sent in a 3-day period for your fax or e-mail.
7. Files for jury and / or exhibition you could sent to KIAF’s e-Disk. Please, find an indication below the list of entries.
After receiving access to e-Disk, visit your mailbox and select the tab «е-Disk». Create a folder, download the files and provide general access to the user kmfr@ukr.net. KIAF’s Organizing Committee will receive a message about downloading your files.
8. Sent printed versions of entry to the в KIAF’s Organizing Committee , if you participate in contests Communication Design or Graphic Design.
— Accreditation without the taking part in festival program;
To participate in the KIAF program as viewer, you need perform some actions.
1. Register online at the festival site:
- Fill in all fields marked with *;
- Indicate unique username and password;
- Please check-in your contact information. Its need for communicate with the Organizing Committee;
- Check- in information from the field « Participant’s name » please enter the company name without the quotation marks, parentheses, and ownership.
2. Fill in entry form:
- Log in using your username and password;
- In Registration form find « Accreditation »;
- In « Add name » field fill in name and surname of a person, check in all information and click «Sent».
3. After completing the registration, click « Invoice Request ». An invoice will be sent in a 3-day period for your fax or e-mail.
4. Pay invoice and look forward for KIAF’s news.
— Accreditation for all KIAF’s events with taking part in festival program.
